Management Communication: An Anthology offers a thorough analysis of the non-written communication methods that are critical to success in management. This book brings together some of the best articles on important topics in oral communication, teamwork, and culture. This is an ideal text for business undergraduates, however, graduate-level and MBA students can also benefit from the selections in this anthology.

Management Communication: An Anthology is organized in five sections, each preceded by a brief introduction:

- Communication with the Public
- Team and Management
- Culture and Communication
- Crisis Communication
- Technology and Management Communication

Farrokh Moshiri teaches management, marketing, and management communication courses primarily at the University of California, Riverside. Farrokh also teaches organizational behavior at California State University Channel Islands, and a variety of business classes at DeVry University where he is an Adjunct Faculty. Farrokh received his MBA from the University of California, Riverside, and his MA degree in Political Science from the University of Kansas.

Farrokh passed his doctoral qualifying exams in Political Science at Northwestern University in 1987. While studying at Northwestern, he worked as a Research Associate on a project founded by The United States Institute for Peace which resulted in the publication of the influential Revolutions of the Late Twentieth Century, which Farrokh co-authored and co-edited.

Farrokh has extensive hands-on management experience. He served for two years as the Membership and Marketing Director of UC Riverside Alumni Association and held progressively responsible management positions with RadioShack Corporation for 12 years.
